FIELD: manufacturing of reactors. SUBSTANCE: reactor has mixing device pivotally secured within reactor and formed as planar plate with longitudinal axis of symmetry disposed with eccentricity about longitudinal axis of symmetry of drive shaft. In one of device embodiments it has at least two planar plates positioned in angular relation one with respect to the other. Common longitudinal axis of symmetry of all plates is also positioned with eccentricity about longitudinal axis of drive shaft.
