FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: machine tool has bedframe 1, balance frame 2 with sawing shaft 3 and motor 4 having two outside ends. One of the ends is engageable with sawing shaft 3 with the aid of gear 5. Another end is provided with drive gear 6 of saw mowing mechanism engageable with twinned wheel 7 freely positioned on semiaxle 8. The drive gear is attached to the second end of motor with the aid of sleeve joint. Pinion of wheel 7 is driving central wheel of planetary mechanism used for reduction of revolutions of satellite gears 12 of saw moving planetary mechanism. Body of saw moving mechanism has two parts 18, 19 rigidly connected to each other. Part 18 is connected to motor 4 and balance frame 2. Part 19 is in the form of pulley provided with auxiliary brake 20. Balance frame 2 is freely mounted on axle of saw moving mechanism and has hinged supports 22.
