SUBSTANCE: paint and varnish material on the basis of alkyd, acrylic, epoxide and vinyl resins has a corrosion inhibitor - phenolic derivative of mercaptobenzothiazole of the definite structure (0.5-5.0% by mass of paint and varnish material solid matter). Example of phenolic derivative is a product of condensation of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole with carbonylic compound and phenol (2,6-disubstituted phenol, 2- or 2,4-disubstituted phenol).
