SUBSTANCE: photopolymerizable composition comprising 0.2-5.0% photopolymerizer such as bisacylphosphine oxides of formula 1: wherein R1 is C1-C18 alkyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl; R2 and R3 are phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with mono to quadruple substituted C1-C4 alkyl and/or C1-C4 alkoxy, and the photopolymerizable compound balance is applied to substrate, then irradiated with light within 200-600 nm.
