CUTTING BELT MACHINE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has fan with electric engine. Right-hand and left-hand wheels are fixed on rotor of engine in axially aligned relation. Wheels are formed as disks with working blades secured to their side surfaces circumferentially of disks. The blades are bent outward. Each working wheel is disposed in associated chamber, with chambers being interconnected. Fan is rigidly secured on bed and connected with its delivery part to air vessel of cutting table by means of branch pipe and with its vacuumizing part to aspiration device through flexible hoses. Aspiration device is communicated with zone, where material adapted for treatment is stored and with station, where belt-type cutter is sharpened. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced weight of device and working area of device. 6 dwg
