FIELD: chemical and mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine incorporates extruding head, polymerization section, drying section, reeling mechanism, and hydraulic drive which includes pump unit, hydraulic motor to give drive to polymerization section driving rolls, adjustable hydraulic drive to give drive to drying cylinders, hydraulic drive being connected to drying cylinders via gear which engages gear wheel of central drying cylinder. Gear wheel is enabled to slide into mesh with other gear wheels of remaining drying cylinders. Hydraulic motors are successively hydraulically interconnected. Disposed parallel to hydraulic motor is two-position dual-line hydraulic distributor to isolate and communicate hydraulic lines in operating and disengage modes. Hydraulic distributor inlet communicates with hydraulic pressure line and hydraulic distributor outlet is in communication with drain hydraulic line. Toothed disengage clutch is positioned in between drying cylinder hydraulic motor and gear. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 3 cl, 5 dwg
