FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building, namely to couplings. Coupling comprises master and slave half-couplings that are kinematically connected. Master half-coupling comprises receiving disc with splined bushing for connection to power supply source and master slippage toothed disc coupled with receiving disc. Slave half-coupling has disc with splined bushing for connection to mill journal and slave slippage toothed disc. Coupling is equipped with kinematically connected mechanism of automatic disconnection of slave half-coupling and mechanism for connection of slave half-coupling putting in operation. Slave toothed slippage disc is installed in cavity of slave half-coupling disc with the possibility of axial displacement and is coupled with it by means of splined joint, mechanism for insertion into disc cavity and mechanism for withdrawal from disc cavity in slave half-coupling. Mentioned mechanism of slave toothed slippage disc withdrawal from cavity of slave half-coupling is arranged in the form of pneumatic cylinder. Mechanism of automatic disconnection has hydraulic drive and kinematic joint. Mentioned mechanism is installed in master toothed disc of slippage. Mechanism for putting slave half-coupling in operation after automatic disconnection is arranged in the form of stem with collar.
EFFECT: interruption of power flow at limit loads with reverse drives, increased reliability and efficiency of coupling in case of its transfer into working condition.
