FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has fiber-optic screen, formed by sections of fibers with the same lengths, disposed in the same plane in parallel one to another. Optical fibers are connected to photoelectric converter through fiber-optic communication line. Output of photoelectric converter is connected with microprocessor. (1-I) identical fiber-optic screens are brought into the device, any of which is disposed at angle of 180 deg. to the previous one. Sections of fibers of each fiber-optic screen are connected in series through delay lines made of optical fiber. Each fiber-optic screen is connected to microprocessor through corresponding fiber-optic communication line and photoelectric converter. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 6 dwg, 5 tbl
