FIELD: medicine, applicable in diagnosis of diseases of internal organs. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in intermittent irradiation of the object to be diagnosed by a narrow X-ray beam and development of it on the sensitive surface of the image shaper by rotation of the opaque shutter with slots of a preset shape. Stepwise relative displacement of the radiation source and the object to be diagnosed, as well as readout of information from each part of the image shaper after the end of exposure, are carried out during beam interruption. The device has an X-radiator and a multielement position-sensitive image shaper, readout control unit, processor and a shutter with an electric drive and angle-of-turn transducer connected to the synchronization unit, all the above components are fastened on a stand. EFFECT: reduced dose of X-radiation acting on the object to be diagnosed, enhanced truth of obtained information due to enhanced resolution. 4 cl, 4 dwg
