Cutting edge of cutter extends along a helical curve with a constant helix angle, disposed on conical surface with the cone apex facing down, and its front lower curved end is turned forward along rotor rotation ω while back side of cutter is turned relative to the perpendicular towards radius of rotation to center through an angle exceeding 15 deg but smaller than 45 deg.
