FIELD: microbiological industry; production of means for protection of plants against disease-causative agents. SUBSTANCE: strain of bacteria Bacillus subtilis INM-215 is grown at 30 C for 44-48 h, the cultural liquid is treated with diammonium phosphate and surfactant OP-7 or OP-10 in the amounts, respectively, of 20-35 and 4-7 wt.- % of the volume of cultural liquid. Then the material is dried on atomized drier and mixed with filler, namely, sulphite-yeast mash to the preset activity. This produces a preparation containing, wt. -% : dry concentrate of cultural liquid of bacteria (spore titer not under 40·19⁹ spore/g), 40-65; diammonium phosphate, 20-35; surfactant, 4-7; and sulphite-yeast mash, the balance.
