SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical casing with loading hopper for stuffing, auger feeder and eccentric rotor-blade supercharger, unloading pipe, pressure pipe, drive and system for discharge of air from stuffing, successively arranged in said casing. Air discharge system comprises recirculation pipe whose outlet end is disposed in hopper, and a three-way plug cock. The latter is connected to unloading pipe and communicates with pressure and recirculating pipes for delivery of stuffing either into recirculating pipe or into pressure and recirculating pipes.
