FIELD: meat treatment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises base whose space receives screw stuff pump provided with the electric drive and system for evacuation and batching twisting member secured to the screw stuff pump having batching pump. The batching pump is made of cylindrical housing with the lid provided with the hollow shaft set in bearing and connected with screw of the stuff pump through the central opening from one side and with the twisting member from the other side. The cylindrical housing of the batching pump receives cylindrical rotor provided with a recess. One of the walls of the recess is used for clamping stuff when the rotor rotates. The separator made of a segment and is secured to the inner side of the housing.
