SUBSTANCE: device has reed relay units and units of determination of direction of movement, relay units where in accordance with succession of locking of contacts direction of movement of locomotive is detected and actuating command is selected. The command then is transmitted for encoding to signal coding unit and after that via communication facilities it is transmitted to another end of section of a road to the similar facilities where the receiver signal is deciphered in deciphering unit and via relay-logical unit is fed to signalization unit including this or that signal light used for control of movement of railway train.
