FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. A tonometer performance testing device comprises a thin-walled cylinder (1) having a diameter close to an individual's arm diameter. The cylinder (2) is made of spring steel and has a through cut along a lateral surface (2) parallel to the cylinder axis. Two angle brackets (3, 4) are mounted inside the cylinder (1) from each side of the cut. One side of each angle bracket is attached to an inner surface of the cylinder (1) wall; a permanent magnet (8) is attached to the other side of one angle bracket (4), while the other side of the second angle bracket (3) comprises three magnetic reed relays (5-7), which are electrically connected to a logic assembly (12) and three light indicators (9-11) mounted on a circuit board (19). An electric magnet (13) mounted on the circuit board (19) consists of a core coil (14), an elastic steel plate (15) intermittently attached to a magnetically conductive rack with a semi-circular groove (16), and a magnetically conductive base (17). The coil (14) is electrically connected to a power supply unit (18) mounted on the circuit board (19) of the electric magnet (13), while the logic assembly (12) is configured to control the operation of the light indicators (9-11) and the power supply unit (18) of the electric magnet (13).
EFFECT: using the invention enables testing the functions of automatic tonometers.
