BATCHER FOR LIQUID-FILLING DEVICES Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2020128 C1

FIELD: batching of liquids, for example alcoholic beverages, into bottles. SUBSTANCE: liquid flows from service reservoirs into a measuring cup through valve opening between lower end of the measuring cup and flexible disc. A rising container abuts against gasket of centering unit and lifts it. The latter comes top bear against bushing and lifts by a spring the locking units of batcher. Then the flange of drain bushing presses the flexible disc valve against its seat thus cutting off a dose. Further rising of the container presses flexible disc and, as soon as the pressing force exceeds preset level, further compression of the spring breaks off a drain valve from disc and a dose of liquid flows from the measuring cup into the container. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
