FIELD: oil-and-fat industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises synchronization transmitter connected with actuating member which is mounted on common shaft with agitators. Position in space of actuating member is coordinated with position of agitators and of level transmitter sensor and correlated with hydroelectric pushers interacting with a gate. The latter is installed on common axle with ratchet wheel with a provision for joint turning and fixation by a lock. The ratchet wheel has two contrary-directed gear rims which contact in turn the spring-loaded pawls installed on two levers one of which is connected with hydroelectric pusher and the other one can turn on the gate axle. EFFECT: higher standard of wet-heat processing of material by maintaining automatically its constant level in upper vat, and enhanced operating reliability. 3 dwg
