FIELD: vegetable oil production.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to lines for production of oil from vegetable oil-containing raw materials and processing of raw materials into animal feed. The process line includes a dump pit for oilseeds, a site for receiving oilseeds, an aspiration seed harvester, a seed hopper, a six-tank roaster, a hammer crusher, a screw oil press, a press filter. First, a screw oil press is installed for the primary extraction of vegetable oil (forepress), then after a press for the final extraction of oil (expeller) is placed after it as well as a crusher for crushing cake, the resulting press vegetable oil is fed to the filtration section for fine oil purification, and then to the collecting tanks, from which it is dosed in a given proportion into the emulsifier, where the oils are mixed at a given temperature, groups of additives are also introduced into the emulsifier, which increase the shelf life of vegetable oil, then the resulting blend of vegetable oils is pumped into containers for finished products and enters the oil bottling area, in which it is packed, while the cake obtained after the expeller is crushed and fed to the briquetting site, where it is pressed into granules and sent to a temporary storage warehouse.

EFFECT: reduction of production areas for obtaining blends of vegetable oils by reducing the number of units of intermediate equipment, as well as an increase in the quality indicators of blends of vegetable oils due to the timely introduction of antioxidant additives, which make it possible to further increase the shelf life of the finished product at each stage of pressing vegetable oil (both during forepressing, as well as expelling).
