Reinforcing fibers are disposed alternatively on one and the other side of plate-like or rod-like members. In forming the circular shelves the pairs of adjacent fibers of alternating layers are intertwined along spiral lines so that they alternatively pass from one side position to the other one in the zone between plate-like or rod-like members and are disposed one above the other directly on said plate-like or rod-like members.
