FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing bars made of alloy with shape memory are cooled to a temperature lower than, or equal to, the temperature of beginning of martensitic transformation of alloy. Then the bars are mechanically tensioned and the structure is concreted. Concrete sets at temperature selected from the relation submitted in the description of the invention. As the structure reaches the release strength it is heated to temperature selected from the relation given in the description. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
