FIELD: testing of materials. SUBSTANCE: material specimen is placed into a chamber where the liquid flow is created by rotation of said chamber. At least one wall of the chamber is made of the material to be tested and is additionally subjected to power loads during rotation of chamber. Said loads change in time in accordance with the creep and stress relaxation processes in the specimen. Loads are applied by means of inertia masses. The effect of corrosion and power loads on the specimen is adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the installation. The liquid flow may be of a single- or multi-phase nature. The chamber is constituted by a multiple-step cylindrical shell. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 19 dwg
