FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: cyclic loading of tested object clamped in grids inside power frame is created by rotation of frame with loading inertial masses put on it about two axes crossing in center of frame. Frame is mounted on rotary platform carrying additional drive to rotate frame with reference to platform. Frame is manufactured from rigid rings positioned in perpendicular planes and semi-rings hinged to them in units of their matching. Additional drive is kinematically coupled to two driving shafts connected to frame in diametrically opposite units of matching of rings and semi-rings. Inertial masses are fabricated in the form of elastic members put on radial guides outside of frame. EFFECT: provision for multiaxial cyclic loading of object along any specified axis. 2 cl, 12 dwg
