FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: in the device between output of correcting amplifier and second input of adding former of recording current there is first key whose control input is simultaneously connected to outputs of second and third keys, first and second inverters and cut-off device. Signal input of second key is connected to output of first inverter, and its control input is connected to output of cut-off device. Signal input of third key is connected to output of ultrasonic generator of rectangular pulses, and control input of the third key is connected to output of second inverter. Input of first inverter is connected to output of ultrasonic generator of rectangular pulses. Input of second inverter is connected to output of cut-off device, and input of cut-off device is connected to output of correcting device. EFFECT: high standard of recording due to reduction of non-linear distortions, widened dynamic range. 3 dwg
