SUBSTANCE: parallel-comparison analog-to-digital converter that has single-code decoder, reference-voltage source, bias voltage sources, and n p-bit coding units, each built around resistive divider and group of comparators, is provided with decoupling element introduced in these units; each coding unit has similar sampling step; bias voltage sources are built with relative bias voltage offset by sampling step.
