FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: machine is a cylindrical thermostatic container divided into two departments which are open to each other by means of windows provided with gates. The machine has a drive for moving the gates relative to the windows, control device, and motor-driven stirrers in the internal and external departments. The stirrers are a vertical auger, three granite cones, stirring blades and two knives hinged to a bigger gear-wheel of the machine reduction gear. The machine is provided with a control console. The machine is also provided with a relay-based sensors of level and final position. The former sensor is mounted in the drain line valve above the line axis, and the latter sensor is mounted in the external department. This sensor has a tube and electric contact rigidly secured on the reduction gear bigger gear-wheel. In the tube there is a movably mounted stem with the electric contact, and a bell-crank is hinged in the lower part of the tube. One end of the bell-crank provided with a spoon is intended to contact with the mass of chocolate, and the other end is in contact with the lower end of the stem. The stirrer knives have pins which divide the working space into equal parts. The conching machine is provided with a sampler located in the body wall. The sampler is a T-piece having inlet and outlet holes and a shank. The shank has a U-shaped recess and a valve with a handle. The valve is mounted level with the inner wall surface, and the shank and valve are provided with piston-type sealings. The gate motion control device is a final position sensor. The device has a guide rail with electric contacts running along the threaded drive shaft, and it has a nut with adjustable rests. The nut is mounted on the drive shaft.
