FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: during execution of the method the reference value of the electrical signal is set in the control unit, which is equivalent to the optimum temperature of the raw material being ground. After that, the electric signal is sent from the thermocouple to the control unit, which continuously measures the temperature of the ground mixture, and compares it with the reference value. In this case, the control unit generates the electrical control signal, equivalent to the input electrical signals difference, and supplies it to the electromagnetic pneumatic valve, that opens in proportion to the value of the control signal. The valve proportional to the opening reduces the air pressure, entering the inlet, and supplies it to the pneumatic actuator, which moves the rod. The rod bends the pressure plate, which transfers the elastic force to the supports of the grinding disc pressure mechanism. Thus, if the value of the thermocouple electrical signal exceeds the reference value, the control unit applies the electrical signal of the smaller value to the valve, which reduces the valve opening. In this case, the rod moves to its original position and reduces the bending of the pressure plate. If the reference value is exceeded above the value of the thermocouple signal, the control unit increases the value of the output signal, which increases the electromagnetic pneumatic valve opening and thereby increases the pressure of the pneumatic actuator rod on the pressure plate, connected to the grinding disc pressure mechanism support, resting on the melangeur pan bottom.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to maintain the stable temperature of the mixture, being grinded by the melangeur.
