FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has shafts 2 mounted on supports 1. The shafts have sprockets 3. Chains 4 on the sprockets have planks 5 of the machine conveyor. Mounted on the end of shaft 2 are ratchet 6 and sprockets. Electric motor 8 drives shaft 9 of reduction gear 10. Chain 13 transmits motion from shaft 11 of reduction gear 10 to a sprocket on shaft 15. On the other end of shaft 15 there is a disk linked to a boom by means of connecting rod 17. Sliders 20 carry knives 21. Device 22 is designed to wash fruit. Driven spindles of shaft 24 are linked to electric motor 8. The conveyor has cells 33 with holes 32. Through these holes water and chips after slicing and coring pass down to tray 34. Water-proof material 35 under cells 33 protects the inner parts of the machine from water and chips. The machine is provided with a mechanism which feeds slices and carries away cans 42. Filling hopper 56 is provided with a spring-loaded bottom.
