FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of hollow parts. SUBSTANCE: device includes shaping male die connected to rolling-out mechanism. Annular female die incorporating counterpunch and movable bushing is disposed coaxially relative to male die. Movable bushing has internal circular groove having spherical side surface. Male die also has spherical side surface contacting with that of bushing. Both spherical side surfaces have equal radii and common center coinciding with rolling-out center. Diameter of movable bushing bore is equal to external diameter of blank. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 1 dwg
