FIELD: plastic metal working, namely, apparatuses for forming products by means of tool performing complex oscillation motion. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes upper tool holder and mechanism for oscillating it in the form of two drive sleeves arranged one inside another. Inner sleeve is joined with shaft of first motor by intermediate link. Outer sleeve has toothed rim connected by means of pinion with shaft of second motor. Said inner sleeve is also provided with toothed rim, its axis is arranged along bisecting line of inclination angle of tool holder axle. Intermediate link is in the form of gear wheel with external and internal toothed rims, its internal rim is joined with toothed rim of inner sleeve, its external rim by means of intermediate gear wheels is joined with toothed rim of outer sleeve. Mechanism for transmitting axial effort is in the form of spheric washer arranged on stem of tool holder and engaging with reciprocal spheric surface of upper support placed in annular turning of bushing embracing lower support.
