FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical bucket with inner surface, shutoff arrangement, electrically insulated cover, flexible sealing gasket, devices for temporary attachment of cover to bucket, valves to build up gauge pressure, vibrator and strip electrodes. Bucket can be made of metal. Electrically insulated cover can be made of fiber glass laminate, and flexible sealing gasket can be made of rubber. Electrodes are manufactured of thin strip steel, thickness not exceeding 1 mm, and are riveted to fiber glass laminate plate. Electrodes are secured vertically on cover in number of 6n where n ≥ 1, are arranged radially along chords forming in cross section 3n equal non-closed compartments.
