SUBSTANCE: device has chamber to accommodate container 2, hopper 3, aspiration arrangement which has aspiration hood 4 and suction branch pipe 5 placed in lower part of hopper 3. Hopper 3 has longitudinal slotted discharge hole 6 under which metering chute is suspended on ties 7. Chute is made up of two vibrating chutes 8 arranged along hopper 3 and inclined towards each other to form discharge slot 9. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
