FIELD: printing production. SUBSTANCE: device has table and contrivance for cementing disposed on the table, rollers for setting-up paper and drive. Device also has carriage connected with drive and two printing units mounted onto the table, made in form of a frame. Guides are mounted on internal walls of the frame to provide displacement of the carriage through drive till rest against window made in the frame in front of the second printing unit. Two clamping units provided with pins are made onto the carriage. These pins are intended for perforation holes in tape. Unit for cementing is disposed onto the table between printing units.
