SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cement has at least a single compound of the group consisting of potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate at concentration 0.77-7.98 mas. p. , ash dust 90.96-96.91 mas. p. and, additionally, addition on the basis of citric acid 1.26-2.35. Cement is used for binders making. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cement.
