SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of cold concrete (embodiments), comprising a mixture of water, aggregates of silicon-based minerals, acting as filler material; sodium or potassium metasilicate pentahydrate, which acts as an activator; wastes of steelmaking production, including granular ground blast-furnace slag acting as a binding ingredient; wastes with high or low content of calcium from coal combustion (fly ash or ash residue), acting as binding ingredient; sodium tetraborate, dihydrate of sodium citrate, citric acid or boric acid acting as retarders of setting time; reinforcing agents, including calcium, potassium hydroxide, magnesium, sodium or aluminum; attapulgite, kaolin, red clay or other fine-grained clays with high content of aluminosilicates to increase concentration of silicon and aluminosilicates and associated strength; protein or synthetic protein material to form a weak covalent bond with hydroxides and silicates, in order to maintain constant volume during setting process; and essential oil essential oil to reduce content of water in mixture and reduce viscosity.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced formation of greenhouse gases, high physical and mechanical properties of concrete.
