FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: oxygen contents is measured at input and output of measuring chamber disposed in series with photoreactor. Concentration of oxygen dissolved in suspension is measured before and after process in photoreactor. Discharge of suspension which passes through the photoreactor is measured as well as air discharge which passes through measuring chamber and volume of suspension.
