FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: cross walls of multistory building are rigidly attached to upper and lower floor slabs by means of free ends of reinforcement passed through cutouts in floor slabs. Vertical joints are located in outer and inner longitudinal walls in points of their adjoining the cross walls. Located in joints and cutouts are energy absorbers in form of hollow cylinder interfacing with conjugated walls over their generating lines.
