FIELD: civil engineering; updating of residential buildings with building-on storeys. SUBSTANCE: method consists in preservation for period of carrying out construction work of existing roof structure and transmission of concentrated load of built-on storeys to walls by distributing it through preserved parapet blocks and longitudinal roof reinforced concrete beam over its middle axis. Metal posts of frame are secured to preserved members of roof through anchor bolts passed through them. Metal posts of frame are combined into rigid frame skeleton by cast-in-situ floors of built-in storeys and roof structure. Wall are made self-carrying by their resting on cast-in-situ floors of built-on storeys. Roof structure of existing building is disassembled before beginning of finishing work. EFFECT: provision of updating of residential building without moving away of inhabitants of underlying storeys. 3 dwg
