FIELD: storing agricultural produce in storehouses. SUBSTANCE: produce is kept in stores with active or natural ventilation. Installed at air inlet into stores is filter filled with sylvinite rock. Air passing through filter gets saturated with aeroions and saline aerosol and gets cleaned from bacteria. Walls and floor of stores are lined with sylvinite blocks. Prior to placing in store, agricultural products are treated by sprinkling with 10% water solution of sylvinite rock. EFFECT: enhanced storage. 3 cl, 3 dwg
