FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for storage of agricultural products includes putting them into the store and the air ventilation. Porous removable cassettes are additionally mounted on the walls, and porous pallets are laid on the floor. The ventilation is carried out with air passed through the filter filled with natural zeolite. Wherein the cassettes and the pallets are filled with natural zeolite with the clinoptilolite content of not less than 60% and the fraction size of 0.5-1.5 cm.
EFFECT: absence of mould and rot during the shelf life.
