SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out cardiac stimulation at incrementing frequency and recording frequency that provokes cardiac arrhythmia after alternately administering antiarrhythmic drugs. Disclosed method further prescribes selecting that drug after administration of which stimulating frequency inducing cardiac arrhythmia is either maximum or arrhythmia does not arise at all. EFFECT: greater effectiveness of prevention of atrial fibrillation paroxysms owing to correctly selected drugs.
