FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves administering modulated kinesotherapy to a patient on the background of taking antiarrhythmic preparations when treating relapses of atrial flutter and fibrillation. Electrocardiographic electrodes are set at the hypochondrium level and headphones are set on ears. The electrocardiographic electrodes and headphones are connected to cardioanalyzer device. The patient walks with in concordance with heartbeat rhythm frequency determined from acoustic signals sent by the cardioanalyzer device at the moment the electrocardiogram R-peak is recorded. Walking treatment is applied 4-5 times a day at least at least 60 min long during 88-96 days. Atrial flutter and fibrillation prognosis being available for a time interval longer than 90 days, the walking treatment is prolonged over the eighty eighth - ninety sixth day according to arrhythmias prognosis terms. The walking treatment is carried out 2-3 times a day in everyday mode at least 40 min long.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
