FIELD: medical instruments. SUBSTANCE: tubular case is provided with tip, which has mechanism for sliding the tip wider, made in form of a bushing, elastic chamber, which is placed between the bushing and the tip and communicates with working medium source (liquid or gas) by means of channels made in wall of the case. Tube provided with distance sleeve on its working end is movable mounted inside the case. Clamp made in form of two branches connected with link is disposed in the tube. The tip is expanded due to feeding working medium into elastic chamber under pressure and clear space of channel of organ is expanded. Branches are moved apart by pulling clamp off the tube. Then branches are approached to foreign body and pulled inside the cavity of the tip after the branches are fixed and moved close one to the other. After that the tip has to be contracted again. EFFECT: atraumatic removal of foreign bodies. 5 dwg
