FIELD: medical equipment for examining condition of kidneys. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular case provided with cylindrical blade, punctional needle provided with holder and annular recess for bioptic matter, as well as conic tip, and hollow handle. There are the following mechanisms in the handle: mechanism for supplying needle, mechanism for translational and rotational movement of cylindrical blade and mechanism of longitudinal vibrations of cylindrical blade. Mechanism for longitudinal vibrations of cylindrical blade has cylindrical spring disposed inside internal channel of translational motion spring between support washer of translational movement mechanism and two nuts, which are mounted onto puncture needle for fixed movement. Edge radial protrusions are made onto support washer for interaction with radial grooves made onto shoulder of the case. Support washer is fixed against turn-through relatively the handle. Cylindrical blade is narrowed to diameter of 0.7-1.2 mm at the part from the case of 2/3-4/5 length. Needle is narrowed as well correspondingly.
