FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: machine has on-frame installed crystallizer, ingot transfer machinery, cogging-down rolls and drive multi-piece dummy bar. One of dummy bar members has drive for travel along machine process axis, and the remainder of members has drives for turning around horizontal axes connected through levers with dummy bar members. The levers are made to have an opportunity to adjust rotary radius for dummy bar members around horizontal axis equal to 1.55 to 2.60 of crystallizer length.
