FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: in case of unauthorized use of automotive vehicle alarm signal is generated and clutch hydraulic operating mechanism is cut into wheel locking system. This is provided by hydraulic control valve, check valve, button, brake master cylinder, brake line, setting hydraulic cylinder and actuating hydraulic cylinder, connecting hydraulic system, first second, third, fourth and fifth lines of hydraulic control valve unit spring, lock automatic supply source, contact sensor, transmitter and antenna.
