SUBSTANCE: apparatus has the magazine 5 for labels, a mechanism for transferring labels, mounted on the drum 8, and a mechanism for applying marks on labels, mounted near the drum. In order to provide interlocking "absence of label" - "absence of marking" the apparatus is provided by the lever 9 for displacing the roller out of a cam of the mechanism for removing pins 2. One end of the lever is connected with the roller, the other end of the lever with the aid of a tie rod is joined with the magazine for labels.
