SUBSTANCE: chemical benefication of iron ore provides for transition of iron in soluble state, iron extrusion from solution with the help of organophosphorus complexone, processing of received sediment with following its cleansing, drying and calcination. production line for chemical benefication of iron ore has bunker-metering tank, grinder, ground ore metering tank, reactor with outlet for insoluble waste stuff of benefication, joint of wastes cleansing, apparatus for production of glass-fibre wool; tank for acid, ring-connected to itself through reactor, vacuum filter for separation of iron solution from mechanical ingredients, first contact apparatus to process iron by complexone, first vacuum filter, joint of acid regeneration; tank for complexone, ring-connected to itself through first contact apparatus, first vacuum filter, second contact apparatus, second vacuum filter and joint of regeneration of complexone with connection to second contact apparatus of tank for alkali, electric furnace to calcinate products of benefication.
