FIELD: construction and mining. SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing drainage device on area to be drained; drilling pumping wells and working them deeper into water intake area, which is defined in water-bearing bed below level of area to be drained in the direction of flowing of middle waters; unsealing rocks of area, for example by borehole hydraulic mining method; connecting drainage devices and pumping wells by water duct and discharging water into water intake area. EFFECT: increased efficiency of method by effectuating draining without ecological disturbances which may occur during pumping of water from one bed into the other and increased economy by minimized production costs. 1 dwg
