FIELD: road cleaning machinery. SUBSTANCE: working member has shaft 1 with side disks 6 and asles 7 installed between disks 6 with eccentrically relative to shaft 1. Plate-type inertial strikers 8 are mounted on axles 7 for free turning in radial plane. Additional axle 10 is rigidly secured on frame 4 inside circumference of rotation of axles 7, also with eccentricity relative to shaft 1. Axles 7 of strikers 8 are installed in radial slots 11 of side disks 6 and are connected with bushings 13 by means of hinge-connected rods 12. Bushings 13 are installed for free rotation on additional axle 10. Eccentricity of axle 10 relative to shaft 1 is directed opposite to surface of road. With working member rotating, centres of mass of strikers 8 move in vertical radial plane at variable radius relative to axle 1. EFFECT: enhanced quality of road cleaning. 2 cl, 3 dwg
