Sliders 7 with vertical axles 8 are installed on radial spokes 6 of bushing for longitudinal travel in radial directions. Breaking cones 9 pointed with their bases to road are installed for free rotation on vertical axles 8. Sliders 7 are connected by tie-rods 12, made in form of springs, with additional bushing 13 installed for free rotation on vertical axle 14 with eccentricity relative to axle 1.
